CLASSES

  • Semi-Private Equipment Class

    Sessions are tailored to your individual goals and needs. Classes are restricted to 2-3 people per session. Great to do with your partner in crime! If you're a beginner, have an injury or limitation, or you're just looking for a personalized session, this offering is for you. An instructor will guide you through a workout using The Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chairs, and Barrels.

  • Small Group Equipment Class

    An instructor will guide 3-6 students through a workout using the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and incorporating some mat work as well. We recommend at least 2-3 private lessons before joining a group setting to help you become familiar with all of the apparatus in our studio. Be prepared to be challenged and become more aware of your own body and its capabilities.

  • Teacher Class

    Are you on the journey to become an instructor? This class requires prior approval from a Leveled Teacher Trainer to join. You will work on sharpening your skills as a student and teacher in this class. Sessions are tailored to your individual goals and needs. Classes are restricted to 2-6 people per session.   • Apprentice Class

  • Mat Class

    In the Mat Classes we use arm weights, magic circle, the wall, and other extras to keep these classes fun and challenging. Levels are provided to support the beginner student and challenge the most advanced practitioner. Get ready for the ultimate total body workout! Classes are limited to 8 participants.

  • ELDOA Method Class

    The ELDOA are 60-second postural exercise techniques. The primary goal of ELDOA is to increase space by decompressing the specific joint. There is ELDOA for every joint in the body. As the ELDOA “creates” space, there is an improvement in joint mechanics, increased blood flow, reduced pressure on the discs, reduced pain, spinal disc rehydration, and improved posture.

Class Levels

We will provide you with a safe and unique Pilates experience at your own pace. For this reason, we offer different levels to accommodate everyone’s abilities and needs.
